Do you collect from our premises?
Yes, anywhere in the UK. We're based in Worcester but collect nationwide. Tell us roughly what you have and where you are, and we'll arrange a time that suits you.
Will you pay for our old equipment?
If it has resale value, yes. We'll value your equipment and make you an offer. Anything without value is securely destroyed and recycled on terms we agree with you upfront, so there are no surprises.
What happens to the data on our devices?
Every data-bearing device is either securely wiped or physically destroyed before it's reused or recycled. We can give you certificates listing serial numbers for your records.
Are you licensed to handle WEEE?
We operate under a registered Environment Agency T11 exemption for the repair and refurbishment of waste electrical and electronic equipment, and we handle WEEE in line with the WEEE Regulations. Our registration details are available on request.
Can any of our old equipment be reused?
Yes. Where it's safe and worthwhile, we refurbish equipment for a second life. Anything that can't be reused is broken down and recycled responsibly.
Is there a minimum amount?
No job is too small. For a few items, dropping them at our Worcester site is often quickest. For larger loads, we'll come to you.
